I love to explore new things and challenge myself, some of the things which I love to do are listed below.
In my professional career of more than 5 years, I was fortunate enough to experience so many different things which has made me more self aware about my strengths. I have listed some of them below.
My experience running a startup has taught me to take decisions even when 100% data is not available and in real time, this used to happen a lot, so my strength lies in taking calculated risk and move forward rather than waiting for more data. We tried to instill this in our organisation that take decision if 80% data is available.
Being a good leader means encouraging your subordinates to make better decision and this happen when they feel that they are being heard and their inputs are important. So I have a natural trait to motivate people and brings the best out of them.
I have a good understanding of financial statements which is very imperative to run a successful business, so along with operational knowhows financial literacy is also important to understand key insights about the business and implication of other departments to top and bottom line of the company.
I find it very easy to connect to people irrespective of their background or job title, and I often understand how to emphatize with other person. I have experience in dealing with people from varied background ranging from store executive to investors.
My strongest asset is my work ethic and my willingness to step in when needed. I'm not afraid to take on a difficult task or do a project that nobody else wants because those are the tasks and projects that teach me the most. I typically love to work outside of my job description and do whatever is asked of me. I'm not above any single task, and I take great pride in my ability to step in and adapt to any situation to get the best results for the company.
I am a solutions-oriented person and a quick learner. In my role as Co-founder, I learned to perform well under pressure when scaling the company and coming up with unique ways to solve a problem. The biggest problem which I solved was reducing the turn around time for opening a new store from 20 days to 3 days.
